Omsk Electromechanical Plant opens doors for students of specialized areas

With an introductory excursion, the company was visited by students of the Omsk Aviation College. NOT. Zhukovsky. During the excursion, the children were told about the direction of work, features of production, the range of products, the specifics of the Plant, the deputy general director for production, the head of production, managers and foremen. During the event, the guys were actively interested in technological processes, equipment, types of manufactured structures. Of particular interest to students was the process of hot-dip galvanizing of metal structures, providing an increased level of protection against corrosion.

After the excursion, a presentation was held for the children in the conference hall of the Omsk Electromechanical Plant, the main issues of employment, the requirements and working conditions, and possible social support were voiced. Students had the opportunity to directly ask their questions to the management of the enterprise, the head of the department of labor and personnel management, the technological department and to receive full information about the prospects of work and practical training at the plant.

“This is not the first such event, we are actively cooperating with educational institutions of the city, we are interested in profile students who are ready to grow and develop professionally with us. Now more and more children from early courses are thinking about their future work activity, successful career. We are happy to go to meet young people who are ready to come to us to practice, to work. A mentoring program has been implemented at the plant, we are building flexible schedules for children, allowing them to combine their studies at a university or college with work, ”- a representative of the Omsk Electromechanical Plant.
