Omsk Electromechanical Plant supports innovation

Within the framework of the pilot project, several lighting poles operating from alternative energy sources were installed on the territory of the enterprise. Solar-wind systems are custom-made and installed to illuminate the sites adjacent to the Plant. The use of such systems allows to solve the problems of illumination and security at the enterprise, while reducing financial costs and harmful effects on the ecology of the region.

Currently, these lighting poles are installed as part of the test program. It is planned that in the future the enterprise may develop the production of such lighting poles in-house.
