A Job Fair at the Industrial Forum

Omsk Electromechanical Plant took part in the job fair within the framework of the industrial forum "PromtekhExpo 2018". The job fair was organized by the Omsk Employment Center.

The specialists of the plant presented current vacancies, presented the basic requirements to potential employees, as well as the advantages of working in the enterprise. It should be noted that among the interested candidates there were both young specialists and students of the last courses of higher and secondary educational institutions, as well as experienced workers with sufficient competencies to perform tasks of different skill levels.

Based on the results of the work at the industrial forum, the Plant specialists conducted a few of interviews, as well as received a large number of CVs from applicants. In the future, with individuals interested in employment, individual work will be carried out to ensure compliance with the stated vacancies.
