Cooperation with OmSTU

In February 2018, the management of Omsk Electromechanical Plant JSC met with the rector of the Omsk State Technical University, where they discussed issues of mutually beneficial cooperation and implementation of a production site for training specialists on the basis of the enterprise.

Since December 2017, two graduates of the 4th year of the Omsk State Technical University are already working at the plant under the student's contract. For this people are established individual schedules of training at the enterprise, allowing to combine work with study, a scholarship is paid. The guys came to work after carrying out for them an excursion through the territory of the plant. Recall that in last year October there was an excursion for students of OmSTU, at which students got acquainted with the main stages of the production cycle of the plant.
